Know where your information goes.

Business-summary answers

The preparation tool processes answers in your browser tab. It does not submit them to Premier, an insurer, or a brokerage, and does not save them in browser localStorage or sessionStorage. Reloading or closing the page clears the in-page draft.

Choosing Copy puts the summary on your device's clipboard. Choosing Download saves a file on your device. You control those copies and any later sharing. Avoid entering personal identifiers or confidential information you do not need in the summary.

Directory searches

Directory filters run in your browser. A search or profile link may include search terms in its URL; those terms can appear in browser history and hosting logs. Do not put policy numbers or sensitive personal information in search queries.

Editorial email

Contact links open your email application. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it. Your email service and the recipient's email service process that message. Information you send may be used to respond to your enquiry or investigate a correction; emailing us is not an insurance application or an automatic newsletter subscription.

For access, correction, or deletion requests concerning an email you sent, contact service@premierinsurance.ca. Applicable legal recordkeeping obligations may affect what can be deleted.

Hosting and external services

The hosting provider may process ordinary request information such as IP address, requested URL, time, browser details, and security logs. This release loads Libre Franklin fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the network information needed to deliver them. External websites linked from this site have their own privacy practices.

This release does not add advertising pixels or client-side analytics trackers. A later introduction of analytics, newsletter subscriptions, accounts, or broker referrals requires an updated notice and any applicable consent process.
